Our shipping standards

Each Bellivante garment is prepared for transit with the same care we apply to its creation. Once completed, your piece is hand‑folded, wrapped in archival tissue, and placed in reinforced packaging designed to protect its integrity.

• Reinforced corrugated archival boxes
• Climate‑controlled storage prior to dispatch

The packaging itself is deliberately quiet — no loud branding, only protection.

Commission & delivery timeline

As each garment is made‑to‑measure, we ask for your patience while our Milanese atelier brings your vision to life. The timeline below reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and care:

• Creation period: 4–6 weeks from commission confirmation
• Shipping time: 3–7 business days (domestic & international)
• Confirmation: You will receive a commission acknowledgment within 2–4 business days

If you require a specific date, inform us during the consultation — we do our best to accommodate.

Tracking your garment

Once your garment is dispatched, you’ll receive a detailed shipping confirmation including:

• Carrier tracking with real‑time updates
• Photographic proof of packaging (on request)
• Direct contact with our logistics team

For any delivery inquiries, we remain available — no automated lines, only a person who knows your commission.

Global delivery

We ship worldwide with complete customs documentation. Please note:

• All duties and taxes are calculated at checkout (or we advise beforehand for bespoke commissions)
• Shipments include proper commercial invoices, discreetly presented
• Customs clearance may vary by region — we are here to assist if any delay occurs

For high‑value orders, signature‑required delivery is always included.

Returns & adjustments

As each garment is custom‑made, we do not accept returns. However, we offer post‑delivery support to ensure your satisfaction:

• Contact the atelier within 7 days of delivery
• Minor alterations may be accommodated at no additional cost — we prefer you wear it as intended
• In the rare event of a craftsmanship oversight, we will cover all associated costs and arrange the return
