Acceptance of terms
By engaging with Bellivante's atelier services or digital platforms, you enter into an agreement governed by these terms. They are written with the same clarity we bring to a commission:
- These terms apply to all purchases, consultations, and website use
- Your continued engagement signifies acceptance
- We recommend reviewing them occasionally — they may evolve as we do
Use of our platforms
Our digital presence is an extension of the atelier — a quiet space for those who appreciate considered work:
- Use must align with our values of respect and discretion
- Automated scraping or commercial reproduction is not permitted
- Content may not be copied without explicit written consent
Client account
Your Bellivante profile holds your measurements, preferences, and commission history. It is yours:
- Maintain accurate sizing and contact information
- Protect your login credentials — they open the door to your archive
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
Product representation
We present our garments with honesty, knowing that cloth is best experienced in person:
- Colours are shown as accurately as digital displays allow
- Fabric weights, compositions, and origins are detailed precisely
- Natural variations in materials are not flaws — they are proof of authenticity
For absolute certainty, we always invite you to consult the atelier or request a swatch.
Our responsibilities
While we stand behind every stitch, certain realities apply to all made‑to‑measure work:
- We are not liable for improper care, unauthorised alterations, or normal wear
- Natural aging of materials is expected and part of the garment’s life
- Our digital platforms are maintained with care, but are provided “as is”
Mutual protection
This agreement exists to protect both the atelier and the client:
- You agree not to misuse our designs, patterns, or intellectual property
- We protect your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
- Both parties commit to resolving any disagreement in good faith, directly
Evolution of terms
As our craft deepens, these terms may be refined:
- Changes will be posted here with a clear effective date
- Material modifications will be communicated directly to active clients
- Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of updates
Legal framework
Our relationship rests on clear foundations:
- Governed by the laws of Italy, where the atelier resides
- Disputes will first be addressed through direct dialogue, then arbitration if necessary
- Both parties waive rights to class action proceedings
